Ordering Process
If you have never ordered t-shirts before we understand that sometimes the whole process can be a bit confusing. We have set up this little guide to walk you through the process of having t-shirts made. By understanding the process and knowing exactly you need to place an order, the whole process will go smoother and speed up the turnaround time of all your jobs.
I - Artwork
Your artwork is the most important part of the whole process. Not only is having it properly formatted vital, but thinking about the colors used is also very important. You need to think about what color you want your art to be as well as the apparel and how the 2 will work together.
II - Select Apparel.
After your artwork is finished you then need to decide what type of apparel you want your art printed on. A lot of times customers like to have there art printed on different styles of apparel to save money. What that means is you can mix styles of apparel within an order, then your piece price will be based to the total amount of items in an order. So, if you have 100 t-shirts made and then 20 hoodies made, you will get the 100+ price break on both the t-shirts and the hoodies.
III - Sizes and Numbers
I would say the #1 reason for jobs being delayed is waiting on exact numbers of each size apparel the customer wants. We can't order apparel until we know how many we need. Having this info finalized is important because once you place your order, adding even as few a 1 additional item will delay the turnaround time of your job. If we have already printed your order, it is too late and any new items would be concidered a new order and be subject to our minimums.
IV - Place your order
Now that you have your art, know the style of apparel you would like, and know exactly how many of each style, size, and color you would like, it is time to place your order. Along with all that info we also require a deposit. Once we have received all of this information, your order is considered officially placed.
V - Wait
5-7 business days is our standard turnaround time. Turnaround time is based largely on how many orders are ahead of yours. If we expect it to take more than 7 days we will let you know before you place the order. If you need your order quicker than that, get in touch. Rush order fees apply.
VI - Pick up items
Pay your balance due, and enjoy. We can also ship apparel anywhere in the USA.
